Subway in Heusweiler

Completely unfriendly shop manager who didn't deserve a cent. He's extremely unmotivated, doesn't understand anything, always asks 8 times and works more slowly than an 80-year-old. An example of why I never go there again: The last time he put the wrong sauce on it and then kicked us out because we couldn't eat the WRONG sauce, and so neither could the sub. He said "bye"; made a derogatory wave of the hand and threw the fresh sub in the garbage can. Complete crash of the store.

Sometimes slow service, opening times sometimes not adhered to and card payments have not been possible for ages. Sandwiches taste like in any subway

First of all, an extremely long waiting time until an unmotivated gentleman appears .... Friendliness absolutely 0 available ... We were on the subway for about 30 minutes to get our food .... that neither tasted nor was good ... we all had afterwards Stomach pain .... unfortunately I fear the unmotivated gentleman is the head of the subway :(

It is important for me to see the pictures of the products in a subway shop that you order or have documented, which is not the case here either. I will not set foot in this subway, and in general I will not be going into subway shops in the near future either. After this visit, I had a stomach ache for 2 days.

This Subway branch is not suitable for an impatient mind, waited almost 50 minutes to be served. There were 7 people in front of us to be served, there was only one waitress who had to take the sandwiches and take orders , During this time you could have stopped in a restaurant, sandwiches as usual.

The waiting time is really huge, 20 minutes in line with only 3 people and then fooled by the waitress ... 1-2 employees work in the back room, but nobody cares that the line in front is getting longer and longer. Subway really recommendable, but the staff very questionable ... A conversation between branch manager and employees would probably be good here.

Was there 4 weeks ago on a Friday evening. Should have been around 10 o'clock. The store was extremely clean. Even if it was not that busy, this is not a matter of course in the restaurant business. The staff was very friendly and the food was great. Waiting time maybe 15 min. Go back in any case.
